I have been renting from Frontenac Property Management for just over 2 years – they have been great landlords. I have never had any major issues or problems and any minor ones are always taken care of right away, they are always easy to reach, either by phone or email. Maintenance around the building is always taken care of and any time access is needed to my unit I am always given plenty of notice. They are very diligent in making sure the unit is safe.
